To help you monitor your heart health, we have set up a convenient, easy-to-use monitoring station that allows you to self-check your blood pressure for free.

Our Heart Check Center, located in the Upper Valley Mall in Springfield, gives you the ability to record your blood pressure each time you visit the mall. Once you've had your blood pressure checked, write the reading down a card provided at the Heart Check Center and present it to your doctor during your next visit.
